The apartment, located on the mezzanine floor, comprises a spacious and welcoming living room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with all amenities, a large bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet, a work/study area, and an elegant bathroom.
The spacious and bright living room is perfect for spending time together.
You can watch the 55-inch QLED TV while sitting comfortably on the large, full-grain leather sofa.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with every comfort, from a refrigerator to an induction stove, an oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a dishwasher. We also provide our guests with pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, and kitchen utensils.
There's also a washing machine and dryer. We'll provide coffee capsules and tabs for the washing machine and dishwasher.
The bedroom is very spacious and well-lit. A memory foam mattress and pillows ensure a restful night's sleep.
Silk satin sheets and pillowcases are provided.
Storage of your clothes and personal belongings is easy. A walk-in closet measuring 4 meters high and over 2 meters wide is available! Another custom-made closet is located under the window.
The walk-in closet also features an iron and ironing board.
The bedroom also features a study/work station, equipped with a chair and desk, allowing you to easily work from home, thanks also to the 1Gbps fiber optic Wi-Fi connection.
Finally, there's a very elegant bathroom with a window, featuring a spacious shower stall, toiletry set, and complimentary toiletries including shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. A hairdryer is also located in the cabinet, along with a first aid kit. A set of three towels (face, shower, and guest) is provided.
Check-in
The apartment is located at Via Ettore Ponti, 28.
If you arrive by car, you can park for free right next to the apartment in the white parking spaces, except on Mondays from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM due to the municipal market.
If you use public transportation, the nearest bus stop is line 74, in front of the apartment. The closest metro stop is Romolo - Line M2 (green). From the Romolo stop, the apartment is about 800 meters away on foot (about 8 minutes).
Access to the building and the apartment
The apartment features a 24/7 self-check-in procedure to ensure guests can access the apartment independently and at any time from 4:00 PM onwards. Simply enter the entry code we'll provide to enter.
Once inside, a few meters ahead, on the left, you'll find a display where you can control all the lights and shutters, which are automated (or you can use the switches).
You'll find the keys to the building's main entrance next to the door, so you can come and go whenever you like.
